Regenerative Medical Technology Exchange in Peru Under the APEC Framework

Under the ongoing influence of APEC’s global cooperation framework, a MEBO International delegation conducted a five-day visit to Peru from November 17th to 21st.

A series of medical exchange sessions was conducted for over one hundred healthcare professionals across four major public hospitals: Hipolito Unanue National Hospital, Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, Hospital Belen Trujillo, and General Hospital Honorio Delgado Espinoza. The exchange covered regenerative medical technology and its combined applications with other advanced treatment methods, such as microskin grafting, negative pressure wound therapy, etc., as well as standardized wound dressing protocols using regenerative medical technology. This enhanced the healthcare professional’s understanding of managing wounds with regenerative medical technology, offering more efficient and groundbreaking solutions for acute and chronic wound management. Aside from exchange sessions, the delegation also visited the wards to observe local medical personnel perform dressing changes with regenerative medical technology.

Furthermore, continuing their engagement following the 2024 APEC events, the delegation revisited the Peruvian burn children’s charity organization, ANIQUEM. In recognition of MEBO International’s outstanding contributions to improving local burn treatment standards, ANIQUEM presented the company with the “Best Partner” award.

Moving forward, MEBO International will remain dedicated to its grand mission of “Striving for Human Regenerative Life.” Driven by innovative technology and guided by humanitarian principles, the company will continue to expand its global ecosystem, contributing enduring strength to worldwide sustainable development and human health.
