From November 11 to 15, 2025, MEBO International traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina for a five-day academic exchange and market research. During the trip, the team visited the Hospital de Clínicas “José de San Martín,” affiliated with the University of Buenos Aires, and conducted research at several chain pharmacies, gaining in-depth insights into the local healthcare system and market characteristics.
The team also participated in the Wound, Ostomy, and Incontinence Conference, comprehensively promoting the dissemination of regenerative medical technology in the region. In the opening ceremony, Migra López, President of the Latin American Multidisciplinary Coalition for Wounds, Ostomy, and Incontinence (COMLHEI), emphasized that the significance of the event lies in cross-border exchange and multidisciplinary integration. Ariel Miranda, Secretary-General and President-Elect of the International Society for Burn Injuries (ISBI), called for the establishment of a more open environment for global medical exchange.


During the conference, Xu Weiwei, Director of the Medical Department at MEBO International, delivered two lectures focusing on the wound microenvironment and regenerative medical technology. She emphasized the critical role of microenvironment factors in wound healing, and presented evidence-based data demonstrating the efficacy of regenerative medical technology in both acute and chronic wounds.
At the exhibition, MEBO International showcased its key products and technologies. Ariel Miranda’s booth visit and team discussion highlighted strong Latin American medical interest in innovative regenerative medicine.
