From September 26th to 28th, MEBO International, in collaboration with its strategic partner Julphar from the United Arab Emirates, successfully held two high-level academic conferences focusing on regenerative medical technology in Algeria. Through a combination of experience sharing and case discussions, the conferences ignited academic enthusiasm and injected new momentum into the local wound treatment field.

The first conference was grandly inaugurated in Algiers, with the core theme of “Application of Regenerative Medical Technology in Specialized Wound Treatment”. During the conference, experts conducted in-depth discussions on the clinical efficacy of regenerative medical technology in the treatment of deep burns and post-plastic surgery repair. Through the form of “case analysis + technical Q&A”, a large number of practical diagnosis and treatment ideas were generated, creating a warm and efficient academic atmosphere.
The second conference was held consecutively in Constantine, with the topic further expanded to “Comprehensive Wound Management Under Multidisciplinary Collaboration”, focusing on the operating standards of regenerative medical technology in different types of wounds. This conference effectively filled the gap in local interdisciplinary communication on wound treatment and provided practical and new solutions for solving clinical difficult wound problems.
During the event, the MEBO International team also conducted an on-site visit to Beni Messous – Issaad Hassani. The director of the pediatric surgery department clearly stated during the exchange that he fully recognizes the safety and clinical effectiveness of this technology in the treatment of pediatric patients.

When visiting local chain pharmacies, the staff also reported that Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) has a very high recognition among local people. Patients often take the initiative to request the purchase of this product when seeing a doctor, and it has become the “top-recommended product” in the wound treatment category of the pharmacies.
In fact, regenerative medical technology has been deeply rooted in Algeria for 20 years. These two twin-city academic conferences are not only another milestone in the deepening cooperation between MEBO International and Julphar in North Africa, but also push the overall level of wound treatment in the region to a new height. In the future, the two parties will continue to make regenerative medical technology benefit more people in North Africa.
